About the Project. 3M, a leading company in innovation and technology, entrusted us with the management of the social media channels for their main business units. In the case of 3M Auto, we worked on a digital communication strategy, renewing the tone of conversation, communicating their products, digital advertising, ideas, campaigns, and Consumer Engagement activities.
We achieved, through the creation of a Landing Page, the segmentation of the brand’s audience into 3 categories: Enthusiasts, Detailers, and Workshop Owners. This has allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of their followers and expand their customer database.
